Twine provides neurodivergent support and workplace coaching for disabled individuals navigating their employment transition.
While we support neurodivergent employees at all stages of their careers, we have particular experience in:
- apprenticeships
- early-career roles
- transition from education into employment
Our work focuses on implementing effective workplace strategies to help individuals succeed in real working environments — particularly during the early stages of a role, where the right support can make a significant difference.
Twine is built on experience across: apprenticeships and vocational training, workplace support for neurodivergent individuals, employment transition strategies, Access to Work and reasonable adjustments, and supporting individuals and organisations in real-world settings. This combination allows us to understand both the individual experience and the organisational context, particularly in relation to neurodivergent support and effective workplace strategies.
We take a practical, straightforward approach to neurodivergent support during employment transitions. We focus on: what actually happens in workplaces, the challenges individuals face day-to-day, and building effective workplace strategies that work in practice. We also recognise the importance of collaborating with both the individual and the organisation to create the best outcomes.
