We support neurodivergent individuals as they move into their first role, apprenticeship, or early career position.
Support includes:
- preparing to start a new job
- managing workload and expectations
- communication in the workplace
- building practical systems and routines
- ongoing coaching during the first 1–3 months
Supporting neurodivergent employees and apprentices
Services include:
- onboarding and early-stage support
- 1:1 coaching for employees
- co-coaching with line managers
- support for apprentices and early-career employees
- guidance on workplace adjustments
- support during early challenges or transitions
